Gyrofish is proud to have been awarded the highly coveted Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for 2020.

What are the Trusted Service Awards?

Chances are, you’ve already heard about the Trusted Service Awards, but if you haven’t, here’s a quick rundown.

Every year Feefo reward businesses who are acing their customer service, delivering time and time again, and getting great feedback from their customers.

There are three different kinds of Trusted Service award:

Trusted Service award: For businesses who have collected 50 or more Feefo service reviews between January and December of the previous year, achieving a service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.

Gold Trusted Service award: For those who have collected the same amount of reviews as above, but have achieved a rating of 4.5 and above.

Platinum Trusted Service award: For businesses that have won the Gold Trusted Service award three times in a row.

So in a nutshell, Gyrofish had exceed the Feefo service rating of 4.5 and above for 3 years in a row! How cool is that?
